Formerly the Chief Architect in the Ministry of Urban Development, Ar. R.C. Manchanda served the Government of India for over three decades, playing a pivotal role in shaping public infrastructure through the Central Public Works Department (CPWD) and as Member Secretary of the Central Vista Committee. Following this distinguished tenure, he established Manchanda Associates in 1993, seamlessly transitioning his vast administrative and planning expertise into private practice. A graduate of the School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi, and McGill University, Canada, he guided the firm’s strategic vision, anchoring its modern specialization in healthcare architecture with a deep legacy of disciplined urban planning and design excellence.

Shamit Manchanda is a 1989 Graduate in Architecture from the School of Planning & Architecture, New Delhi. He is Partner and Chief Architect in the firm Manchanda Associates which specializes in Healthcare Architecture. He has been involved in many large hospital & healthcare projects both for the Government and in the private sector. Some of the notable projects include a 300 bedded Specialty Block & 200 bedded Trauma Block for Nizam’s Institute of Medical Sciences, Hyderabad, a 500 bedded teaching Hospital at Tezpur, Assam, two 150 bedded Maternity & Child Blocks for Govt. of Delhi, a State of the Art, Centre for Excellence in Transfusion Medicine for NACO-Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Govt. of India, the 200 bedded Medanta SN Super Specialty Hospital at Ganganagar and many more.
Ar. Shamit Manchanda was also involved as a part of a nationwide team to draw up IGBC’s Green Guidelines for Fast Track and Emergency Facilities for Treating COVID-19 Patients.

Mohit Manchanda is a Post Graduate in Urban Design from School of Architecture, Sushant University (2022) and a Graduate in Architecture from the University School of Architecture Planning, Delhi (2019). He is a Partner in the Architecture Firm Manchanda Associates, based out of New Delhi, which specializes in Healthcare Architecture projects. Some of the major projects he has worked on include the Orthopedic Ward Block at the Government Bone and Joint Hospital at Srinagar, the District Hospital at Namchi in Sikkim and Tashicholing Hospital in Bhutan.

Mohit Manchanda is an Associate at the Indian Institute of Architects and is currently an elected Executive Committee member at the Northern Chapter since 2023 and has been appointed Convener of its Young Architects Committee. He was presented with the Certificate of Merit in 2024 at the IIA National Convention in Lucknow and the Young Achiever Award in 2025 at the IIA Northern Regional Conference

Rahul Manchanda is a Graduate in Architecture from Vastu Kala Academy, College of Architecture, GGSIPU (2022). He is a partner in the Architecture firm Manchanda Associates based out of New Delhi, which speacializes in Healthcare Architecture projects. He has been involved in a number of government as well as private sector hospital projects. Rahul Manchanda is an Associate at the Indian Institute of Architects (IIA), a professional body for architects in India. He currently pursuing his M. Sc. in Healthcare Facilities at University College London.
